Description:
We are seeking an experienced Lead Technical Program Manager (TPM) to drive large-scale, cross-functional technical initiatives within a complex, high-volume environment. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record leading programs throughout their career and be comfortable navigating significant technical and organizational complexity.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead end-to-end delivery of strategic technical programs across multiple teams and stakeholders.
- Drive alignment, planning, execution, risk management, and delivery of complex initiatives.
- Partner with engineering, product, and business teams to define priorities and ensure successful outcomes.
- Coordinate dependencies across organizations while maintaining visibility into program health and milestones.
- Utilize data, automation, and AI-enabled approaches to improve team effectiveness and program execution.
Required Qualifications- Extensive experience serving as a Technical Program Manager in large-scale organizations.
- Demonstrated history of leading complex technical programs from inception through execution.
- Experience operating in environments with significant scale, technical complexity, and multiple stakeholders.
- Strong communication, prioritization, and organizational leadership skills.
- Ability to influence across teams without direct authority.
Preferred Qualifications- Experience within the streaming, media, entertainment, or digital content industry.
- Background working for large enterprise technology organizations facing high-scale operational challenges.
- Technical foundation that enables effective engagement with engineering teams and complex architectures.
- Demonstrated use of AI tools and technologies to improve productivity, decision-making, program management, or operational efficiency.
- Ability to articulate practical examples of how AI has been leveraged to enhance business outcomes.
Ideal Candidate Profile- The successful candidate will be a career TPM who has consistently led large, complex programs rather than an individual who recently transitioned into program management from another discipline.
- They will bring experience operating at enterprise scale, possess strong technical acumen, and demonstrate a forward-thinking approach to leveraging AI in day-to-day work.
