Join the Movement!
San Diego Gymnastics & Parkour is looking for energetic, reliable, positive, and committed coaches to join our growing team! We are seeking individuals who are passionate about working with children, teaching movement, and creating a positive environment where kids can build confidence, strength, coordination, and lifelong skills.
Our coaches teach recreational gymnastics and parkour classes, camps, events, birthday parties, and after-school programs for children ages 18 months and up. Coaches help children safely develop gymnastics, parkour, balance, flexibility, agility, strength, coordination, and confidence. We provide a clean, safe and fun environment for our kids to not only develop their athletic skills, but to create friendships and life skills that will last a lifetime. We also strive to provide one of the best, upbeat, fun, inclusive and rewarding work environments possible.
Previous experience in gymnastics, parkour, cheer, dance, sports, childcare, or teaching is a plus. All coaches receive hands-on, in-house training in our coaching methods, safety procedures, lesson plans, and skill progressions. Coaches are cross-trained in both gymnastics and parkour, with opportunities to grow within the company.
CPR/First Aid certification and a background check are required prior to employment.
Pay ranging from $18–$30 per hour based on experience and qualifications.
