Lead Teacher - Pre-K

What you bring as a Team Member:

• Plan and direct age-appropriate, standards-aligned curriculum that promotes cognitive, physical, and social-emotional development.

• Establish and manage a safe, inclusive, and welcoming classroom environment with clear routines that promote positive behavior.

• Lead the assessment process by observing, documenting, and evaluating student progress to individualize instruction for diverse learning needs.

• Partner with families as their primary point of contact, providing consistent updates and leading parent-teacher conferences.

• Supervise and mentor assistant teachers and classroom aides to ensure cohesive classroom management and adherence to best practices.

• Ensure strict compliance with all health, safety, and licensing regulations, maintaining a clean and organized space.

• Demonstrate professional dedication by participating in ongoing training and collaborating with school leadership to achieve program goals.

Requirements:

• Must be 18 years or older.
• At least 2-3 years of teaching experience in a licensed Early Childhood Education setting.
• High School Diploma or GED;College Course Work in ECE;CDA

Pay: $20.00 Hour based on education and experience.
