We're looking for a caring, dependable Lead Teacher who is passionate about helping young children learn through play, exploration, and meaningful relationships. If you're ready to lead your own classroom while working alongside a collaborative leadership team, we'd love to meet you.
What You'll Do
As a Lead Teacher, you'll create a classroom where children feel safe, loved, and excited to learn every day.
Your responsibilities include:
- Plan and lead engaging, age-appropriate learning experiences using our Wonder of Learning® curriculum
- Create a warm, organized, and welcoming classroom environment
- Build meaningful relationships with children and their families
- Observe and document children's growth and development
- Guide children's social-emotional development using positive behavior strategies
- Partner with Assistant Teachers to create a successful classroom team
- Maintain licensing, health, and safety standards throughout the day

Qualifications
- High school diploma required
- CDA, Associate's, or Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education preferred
- 1-2 years of experience in a licensed childcare center or preschool preferred
- State-required pre-service training completed (or willingness to complete upon hire)
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds as part of caring for young children
