Pay:$17 per hour
Join our team of passionate early childhood educators. We are looking for a dedicated and nurturing Lead Teacher to create a safe, stimulating, and developmentally appropriate learning environment for our toddler classroom. This role focuses on supporting children's cognitive, emotional, social, and physical development through intentional teaching and play-based learning experiences.
Plan and lead age-appropriate summer camp activities for school-age children.
Create a warm, structured, and inclusive classroom environment that supports early development.
Observe and document children's developmental progress and communicate findings with families.
Build positive, trusting relationships with children, families, and team members.
Follow all safety, supervision, and program guidelines.
Education: CDA, TCC, Associate’s Degree in Education (or equivalent), or Bachelor’s Degree in Education (or equivalent)
Experience: Minimum 2-3 year of relevant experience
Certifications:CPR certification and background check required
