Inspire curiosity. Build independence. Shape a lifelong love of learning.
Imagine a classroom where three-year-olds pour their own juice, five-year-olds teach their peers to tie their shoes, and every child moves through their day with quiet confidence and real purpose. That's the classroom you'll lead at Guidepost Montessori.
As a Preschool Teacher in our Children's House program, you'll guide children ages 3–6 as they grow into capable, curious, self-assured learners — in a thoughtfully prepared environment built entirely around them.
If you're passionate about early childhood education and ready to lead a classroom where independence and joy take center stage, we'd love to meet you.
Your Role
As Lead Teacher, you'll run a mixed-age preschool classroom in a Montessori environment designed to nurture concentration, confidence, and deep learning — no two days quite the same.
Montessori guides carefully prepare their classrooms to spark curiosity and independence. Through close observation, individualized lessons, and intentional language, you'll support each child's academic, social, and emotional development — meeting them exactly where they are and helping them go further than they thought possible.
Children in Montessori classrooms have the freedom to choose meaningful work, repeat activities until they've truly mastered them, and beam with pride at what they've accomplished. Your guidance is what makes that possible — helping every child build focus, confidence, and a strong belief in their own abilities.
What You'll Do
