Open Positions:
Lead Teacher
Salary: $37,440 - $40,000 annually
As a Lead Teacher, you will:
Lead classroom instruction and daily activities
Guide children's academic, social, emotional, and physical development
Mentor Assistant Teachers
Build strong relationships with families
Create a structured, positive, and engaging classroom environment
Ensure compliance with childcare regulations and school policies
Ideal candidates have classroom leadership experience and a passion for early childhood education.
Assistant Teacher
Salary: $31,200 annually
As an Assistant Teacher, you will:
Support classroom activities and lesson implementation
Supervise and care for children throughout the day
Assist with classroom preparation and organization
Support daily care routines and student development
Work alongside experienced educators in a collaborative environment
Grow your skills while learning Montessori principles
This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy working with children and want to build a rewarding career in education.
