Lead Systems Analyst
Location: Iselin, NJ Hybrid (1-2 days in office)

Job Description:
10-15 years of Business Analysis experience
Work closely with business users at all levels to understand and document functional and non-functional requirements.
Work closely with development teams in analyzing, designing, building, and testing financial business applications.
Maintain active communication channels with all stakeholders on deliverables and periodically send status reports.
Ability to provide end-user application support to front-office, middle-office and back-office users.
Should have excellent communication skills & strong analytical skills.
Should have prior experience interacting and communicating with senior management.
Should have experience working in fast paced, high pressure environments.
Should be able to drive projects with minimal, unstructured or no requirements.
Should be able to track all outstanding bugs, enhancement requests and production issues and manage them from initiation to completion.
Ability to perform QA testing and troubleshoot production issues.
Ability to prioritize and allocate resources, tasks effectively.
Ability to work on multiple projects in parallel and work with multiple teams
Skills:
Ability to capture UI requirements
Good knowledge of JIRA and Agile development methodology is a must.
Should have prior financial domain experience.
SQL knowledge and data mining skills a huge plus.
Candidates with investment banking experience would be preferred.
