    In this on-site role based in Chaska, MN, you will join the Instrument Supplier Quality organization and report to the Sr. Quality Manager, Instrument Quality.     A day in the life

    • Lead supplier selection and qualification activities; manage change notifications, audits, corrective actions, and supplier scorecards to drive performance.
    • Create supplier material control plans as part of product qualification to ensure component readiness and reliability.
    • Serve as the primary supplier quality voice for root-cause analysis and corrective action on supplier-driven manufacturing issues.
    • Visit supplier sites to resolve product performance concerns and strengthen preventive controls.
    • Recommend appropriate field actions to the product regulatory committee when needed.
    • Facilitate Kaizen events to streamline transactional workflows, reduce variation, embed lean practices, and eliminate waste—boosting production efficiency and associate engagement.

    What you bring

    • Scientific degree in a relevant discipline (e.g., Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical, or related field).
    • 5+ years of quality experience with a bachelor’s degree; or 3+ years with a master’s degree; or a doctoral degree.

    Preferred

    • Certified Quality Engineer (CQE) credential.
    • Working knowledge of 21 CFR 820 and ISO 14971.
