Project Profile

- No travel — work is 100% local to the VA Beach area
Responsibilities
- Lead day-to-day field operations from mobilization through closeout
- Coordinate subcontractors, schedules, inspections, and site logistics
- Enforce safety standards and quality control on all projects
- Communicate directly with project managers, owners, and inspectors
- Maintain project documentation, schedules, and daily reports
- Take ownership of assigned projects and outcomes
Ideal Background
- Experience as a Superintendent on commercial or federal projects
- Prior work on DoD, NAVFAC, or secured facilities preferred
- Comfortable running multiple smaller projects or a single larger project
- Strong leadership presence in the field with hands-on experience
- Ability to pass background checks required for federal work
