Requirements Lead Superintendent - Top ENR General Contractor - Charlotte will be responsible for: - Lead all field operations for ground-up multifamily apartment developments from sitework through project completion. - Manage project schedules, site logistics, safety initiatives, quality control, subcontractor coordination, and daily construction activities. - Serve as the primary on-site construction leader responsible for delivering projects on time and within company standards. - Partner closely with Project Managers and internal stakeholders to ensure successful project execution. - Supervise and mentor Assistant Superintendents throughout the project lifecycle. - Oversee luxury Class A multifamily developments ranging from approximately 50 to 200 units. - Coordinate all phases of wood-frame multifamily construction, including sitework, vertical construction, punch lists, and turnover. - Maintain strong communication with ownership, subcontractors, inspectors, and project teams. - Support the company's growing Carolinas expansion by transitioning between projects as new developments break ground.
