Job Description
Take full ownership of field operations from groundbreaking through project completion. Lead project schedules, manpower planning, quality control, and site safety. Build strong relationships with owners, architects, project managers, and trade partners. Drive project performance by managing subcontractors, budgets, and productivity goals. Mentor field staff and help develop future leaders within the organization.

The Successful Applicant
A successful Superintendent should have:
- Proven experience leading commercial construction projects as a Superintendent
- Background delivering K-12, industrial, healthcare, manufacturing, or warehouse projects
- Strong scheduling, planning, and subcontractor management skills
- Natural leader who thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Construction Management degree preferred or equivalent field experience
