Lead Superintendent - NC & SC Travel

A growing commercial contractor is seeking a Lead Superintendent to oversee ground-up construction projects throughout North Carolina and South Carolina. This role offers significant autonomy, direct leadership responsibility, and the opportunity to deliver complex hospitality and commercial developments valued between $10M and $20M+.

Description

• Manage daily on-site construction operations and ensure adherence to project plans.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and project teams to maintain project timelines.
• Monitor safety protocols and ensure compliance with all regulations.
• Resolve on-site issues efficiently to avoid project delays.
• Oversee quality control measures to meet project standards.
• Conduct regular progress meetings and provide updates to stakeholders.
• Travel across North Carolina and South Carolina to manage multiple sites as needed.
• Maintain accurate project documentation and reports.

Profile

A successful Lead Superintendent should have:

• Proven experience managing construction projects with a focus on quality and safety.
• 10+ years of lead superintendent experience
• Proven ability to run projects independently
• Ground-up commercial construction experience required
• Hospitality or hotel project experience strongly preferred
• Experience on multi-story projects valued at $10M-$20M+

Job Offer

Salary: $125,000 - $145,000

• Up to 20% project completion bonus plus $750/month vehicle allowance and gas card
