Requirements 10+ years of Superintendent experience within commercial construction Experience managing hospitality, restaurant, retail, multifamily, aviation, or mixed-use projects Ground-up construction experience strongly preferred Experience overseeing projects valued up to $25M or greater Strong leadership, communication, and client-facing skills Proven track record working for reputable general contractors Proficiency with Procore, Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project, and scheduling tools Massachusetts Construction Supervisor License (MA CSL) required Established subcontractor relationships within the New England market are a plus Ability to travel to project sites throughout Massachusetts and surrounding areas as needed
