Lead Super

Family owned firm, in business for decades, is looking for a Lead Super to join their team! Upcoming jobs: wood frame multifamily projects in Boston, Lexington, Quincy, Revere. They have grown substantially over the past 20 years into one of New England's premier GCs! Build high-profile projects up to $120M across various sectors: Multifamily, Senior living, Mixed-use, Hotels, Academic - special projects division for life science & TI work. Large enough to have a significant & stable pipeline of projects, small enough where you are not just a number.

Job Description

The Lead Super is responsible for:

  • Onsite daily
  • Overseeing the full scope of the physical construction of the project
  • Safety, QA/QC, Subcontractor Management, Document Control, Schedule, Relationship Management & Project Management
  • Supervision of day-to-day work in the field
  • Turning out high-quality work in the largest possible quantities for the lowest possible cost in the shortest possible time
  • Planning in advance and ensuring the flow of personnel and materials will be available
  • Managing and developing assistant super & other junior staff

The Successful Applicant

The right Lead Super has the following qualifications:

  • 10+ years of Superintendent experience
  • Good tenure with reputable firms
  • Must have run numerous Wood Frame Multifamily projects $30M+ (as Lead Super)
  • MA CSL, OSHA
