Lead Superintendent - Englewood, CO
We are seeking an experienced Commercial Lead Superintendent to oversee and manage large-scale projects in the commercial and infrastructure sectors. If you have a proven track record in delivering complex projects, we want you to be part of a Colorado-based construction firm.
Responsibilities and Requirements:
- Lead and manage projects across various sectors, including Multifamily, Education (K-12 & Higher Ed) Municipal Infrastructure Water/Wastewater Land Development Bridge and Storm Structures
- Oversee the successful execution of large-scale construction projects from start to finish.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, project timelines, and budgets.
- Coordinate with subcontractors and Project Managers
- Large Scale commercial and infrastructure project experience ($50mm+)
- Demonstrates strong knowledge of commercial and infrastructure construction and exceptional jobsite management skills
- Possesses detailed process & application knowledge relating to building codes, budget management, construction practices, project scheduling etc.
Pay and Benefits:
- $130K-$160K DOE
