The Lead Superintendent - 85 year old General Contractor - Austin will be responsible for:

Lead all day-to-day field operations from site mobilization through project completion.
Develop, manage, and maintain detailed project schedules to ensure milestones are achieved on time.
Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, suppliers, and field personnel.
Foster strong relationships with owners, architects, consultants, and trade partners.
Ensure all work is performed in accordance with project plans, specifications, and quality standards.
Implement and enforce site safety programs while maintaining compliance with OSHA regulations and company policies.
Conduct regular site inspections and proactively address issues affecting schedule, quality, or budget.
Partner closely with Project Management teams to monitor costs and identify potential risks.
Lead subcontractor coordination meetings and site logistics planning.
Provide regular project updates and communicate progress to stakeholders.
Mentor and develop Assistant Superintendents and field staff.

The Lead Superintendent - 85 year old General Contractor - Austin will should have:

7+ years of construction experience including serving as a Superintendent on large projects.
Experience managing multifamily projects is required.
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
Proven success delivering projects from start to finish.
Strong understanding of construction sequencing, scheduling, safety practices, and quality control processes.
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Experience utilizing construction management software platforms and Microsoft Office Suite.
OSHA 30 certification preferred.
