The company is actively expanding its presence in the Texas market and is looking for a field leader capable of driving project execution from groundbreaking through closeout.Opportunity to lead high-profile projects throughout the Austin market.Backed by a financially stable and nationally recognized builder with a strong project pipeline.Collaborative culture that emphasizes teamwork, professional growth, and long-term career advancement.Exposure to a diverse portfolio of projects across multiple sectors.Strong executive support and investment in employee development.The Lead Superintendent - 85 year old General Contractor - Austin will be responsible for:Lead all day-to-day field operations from site mobilization through project completion.Develop, manage, and maintain detailed project schedules to ensure milestones are achieved on time.Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, suppliers, and field personnel.Foster strong relationships with owners, architects, consultants, and trade partners.Ensure all work is performed in accordance with project plans, specifications, and quality standards.Implement and enforce site safety programs while maintaining compliance with OSHA regulations and company policies.Conduct regular site inspections and proactively address issues affecting schedule, quality, or budget.Partner closely with Project Management teams to monitor costs and identify potential risks.Lead subcontractor coordination meetings and site logistics planning.Provide regular project updates and communicate progress to stakeholders.Mentor and develop Assistant Superintendents and field staff.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
