    CAESARS SPORTSBOOK., America's leading sports book provider, has an immediate opening for a Lead Sportsbook Supervisor in Las Vegas, NV. Reporting to the District Manager, you will be the face of our sportsbook operations.

    • Effectively assist and manage the day-to-day activities and business levels of the sports book: scheduling, training, and mentoring staff, and fostering an environment focused on high performance, compliance, and excellent Guest service
    • Act as an ambassador for the property to help promote sports wagering via our kiosks and mobile platforms
    • Manage all aspects of our sports betting equipment
    • Demonstrate leadership and ensure operational effectiveness
    • Ensure all Guests (whether regular or infrequent) are made to feel welcome by all team members, always
    • Ensure betting control guidelines are adhered to within the sports book
    • Foster an environment focused on Guest service and compliance
    • AML Monitoring and Compliance
    • Develop skills and knowledge of the sports book team
    • Establish and maintain effective and professional working relationships with internal and external contacts
    • Promote a positive image for Caesars Sportsbook within the industry and community
    • Complete exception reports issued by audit
    • Review, investigate and respond to variances.
    • Enforce all company policies and procedures
    • Collaborate with Sportsbook Manager or above on coaching Team Members when not meeting company expectations
    • Address Guest complaints escalate to Manager or above
    • Additional duties as assigned
    • Multi property position - Flexible schedule to include nights, weekends and holidays
    • Must be able to stand for extended periods of time.
    • Must be able to lift, pull or push 25 lbs.
    • Must be able write for extended periods of time.
    • Must be able to twist, bend or reach with no significant boundaries.
    • Must be able to work independently with minimal supervision
    • Must be confident in one's ability to assess situations and make informed decisions
    • Good interpersonal communication skills
    • Ability to manage relationships
    • Strong problem-solving skills
    • Ability to manage a diverse range of activities and effectively prioritize responsibilities

    ADDTIONAL REQUIREMENTS:

    • 21+ years of age or older
    • Successfully pass a background check
    • Able to obtain a gaming license from the Nevada Gaming Control Board and other jurisdictions where deemed necessary
