What Youll Do

• Lead by example in delivering exceptional customer service
• Coach and support Spa Associates to achieve individual and team goals
• Help drive membership sales, retail performance, and client retention
• Build strong relationships with members and guests
• Promote spa services, memberships, and special offers
• Support opening and closing procedures
• Maintain spa presentation and cleanliness standards
• Answer phones, schedule appointments, and assist with administrative tasks
• Foster a positive, results-driven team culture
