Lead the design and technical implementation of AI and Generative AI solutions.
Define AI architecture, integration patterns, model orchestration, and deployment strategies.
Design scalable AI services supporting Contact Center, CRM, and digital engagement platforms.
Own AI deliverables throughout Design, Development, and Implementation phases.
Participate in requirements workshops and translate business needs into AI solution designs.
Lead sprint planning, effort estimation, dependency management, and technical execution.
Generative AI Solutions
Develop AI-powered Agent Assist capabilities.
Build AI-driven knowledge retrieval and recommendation systems
Develop quality assurance and sentiment analysis solutions leveraging AI models
Design Retrieval Augmented Generation architectures where applicable
AI Integration Platform Engineering
Develop AI microservices and reusable AI components
Support data ingestion, preprocessing, and enrichment pipelines
Collaborate with Integration Leads to ensure seamless end-to-end workflows
Model Development Optimization
Develop, fine-tune, evaluate, and deploy AI/ML models
Define model performance metrics and monitoring frameworks
Support model governance version management and lifecycle operations
Testing, Readiness Deployment
Establish AI testing strategies and validation frameworks
Support SIT, UAT, deployment readiness, and go-live activities
Troubleshoot production issues and optimize model performance
Technical Leadership
Mentor AI Engineers Data Scientists and Developers
Conduct architecture reviews and code reviews
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science Artificial Intelligence Machine Learning Data Science, or related field.
8+ years of software engineering experience
4+ years of experience developing AI/ML solutions
Experience with
NLP and conversational AI platforms
Experience building scalable cloud-native AI solutions
Strong knowledge of REST APIs microservices and distributed systems
Preferred Qualifications
Experience implementing Contact Center AI solutions
Experience with Salesforce AI Copilot technologies and CRM-integrated AI solutions
Experience with Responsible AI governance frameworks
Experience supporting large-scale enterprise transformation programs
