    Description

    6+ years of Middleware Administration, DevOps, and Production Support experience.Strong hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion Middleware technologies including WebLogic, SOA Suite, OAS, OHS, and OIA.Experience deploying and supporting Middleware platforms in Kubernetes environments, preferably Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS).Experience with Azure DevOps, Git, CI/CD automation, and deployment pipelines.Strong WebLogic administration experience including clustering, JDBC, JMS, SSL, and security configuration.Experience supporting highly available (HA) enterprise environments and troubleshooting complex platform issues.

    Experience with Middleware cloud modernization and migration initiatives.Azure networking, Key Vault, Application Gateway, and Ingress Controller experience.Experience with Terraform, Ansible, WLST, Shell scripting, and infrastructure automation.Cloud Operations, Platform Engineering, and Site Reliability practices.Oracle Government Cloud and enterprise authentication/authorization integrations.Production Readiness and Disaster Recovery (DR) experience.

    Support Oracle Middleware platforms across DEV, STG, PRD, and DR environments.Support AKS deployments, upgrades, automation, and operational activities.Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD automation and deployment processes.Collaborate with Cloud, Security, Infrastructure, Architecture, and Application teams.Drive platform modernization, automation, cloud operational maturity, and operational excellence initiatives.

    • What prior experience, industry background, or domain expertise are preferred for this role?

    Large enterprise Middleware environments, Oracle Fusion Middleware, cloud transformation initiatives, Kubernetes adoption, DevOps practices, healthcare/government regulated environments, and mission-critical systems.

    Requirements: • Baseline proficiency in enterprise AI (GitHub Copilot, M365 Copilot, GenAI). • 90% weekly AI tool usage for coding, troubleshooting, documentation, automation, & data/operational analysis. • Drive velocity, continuous learning, and delivery quality via AI workflows.
