Pay Rate: $45 to $55/Hr on W2

Overview

We are seeking an experienced Lead Software Engineer with deep expertise in Java microservices and Generative AI technologies to support a new strategic initiative at Client. This role will lead the design, development, and Eligible to working on of GenAI-powered engineering solutions while partnering closely with business and technology teams.

Required Qualifications

• 16+ years of software engineering experience
• Strong expertise in Java 17 and Spring Boot microservices
• Full-stack development experience using Java, React/Angular, TypeScript, and Python
• Experience with distributed systems, APIs, event-driven architecture, and CI/CD pipelines
• Cloud platform experience (OCP, Eligible to workP, or similar)
• Hands-on experience with GenAI tools including:
• Devin, Claude (Anthropic), Cursor or similar AI-assisted development tools
• Knowledge of:
• Prompt engineering
• RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation)
• Agent-based and multi-agent architectures
• MCP (Model Context Protocol)
• Autonomous AI workflows and orchestration

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy GenAI-powered solutions
• Build and enhance Spring Boot microservices
• Integrate AI tools into enterprise SDLC and CI/CD workflows
• Drive GenAI adEligible to workion, onboarding, and best practices
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve developer productivity
• Provide technical leadership, troubleshooting, and performance Eligible to workimization
