Develop solutions using Java, Spring Boot, JavaScript, and modern frontend technologies.
Support modernization initiatives involving cloud platforms, containers, and AI-assisted development tools.
Troubleshoot complex issues while promoting security, reliability, automation, and engineering best practices.
Demonstrated ability to lead by example, positively influence others, and take ownership of results.
Experience coaching, mentoring, and developing engineers through feedback and collaboration.
Strong communication, relationship-building, and conflict-resolution skills.
Ability to foster trust, teamwork, inclusion, and accountability.
Adaptability, sound judgment, and a commitment to continuous learning and improvement.
Advanced experience developing enterprise applications using Java, Spring Boot, RESTful APIs, and frontend frameworks such as React or Angular.
Strong knowledge of relational databases, including PostgreSQL or DB2.
Experience with AWS, Linux, containers, and enterprise application environments.
Proficiency with Git-based workflows, CI/CD, automated testing, secure coding, and observability tools.
Experience supporting business-critical applications, troubleshooting complex issues, and contributing to technical design decisions.
Familiarity with modernization initiatives, infrastructure-as-code, and AI-assisted development tools.
Experience with mainframe technologies, particularly integrations with modern web applications.
Knowledge of Billing and Payment systems or State Farm's technology environment.
Familiarity with ROSA, Terraform, Python, GitLab CI/CD, or Dynatrace.
Experience contributing to engineering communities, shared development practices, or design systems.
What Sets You Apart
