Lead Software Engineer

Define the overall technical architecture leveraging Java/Python/Node.js, React, GraphQL, Neo4j, DynamoDB, AWS Bedrock, Claude, and AWS cloud services. Mentor and lead cross-functional teams, conduct architecture reviews, drive innovation, and ensure successful delivery, adoption, and continuous enhancement of Agentic AI solutions.

Our Client, an IT Services and Consultant company, is looking for a Lead Software Engineer for their Charlotte, NC/ NJ /Dallas, TX location.
 
Responsibilities:

• Partner with business stakeholders across Prosperity to understand workflows and pain points, and proactively identify areas where agentic AI can drive meaningful improvement.
• Lead the design and development of the enterprise Agentic AI Framework Catalog, defining reusable agent architectures, patterns, and implementation standards.
• Define the overall technical architecture leveraging Java/Python/Node.js, React, GraphQL, Neo4j, DynamoDB, AWS Bedrock, Claude, and AWS cloud services.
• Establish framework standards for agent orchestration, memory management, context engineering, tool integration, and multi-agent collaboration.
• Drive development of reusable AI accelerators, SDKs, templates, APIs, and reference implementations to enable rapid solution delivery.
• Lead knowledge graph and data architecture initiatives using Neo4j, DynamoDB, and GraphQL to enable contextual retrieval and intelligent decision-making.
• Define Responsible AI, security, governance, observability, auditability, and human-in-the-loop controls for enterprise AI solutions.
• Collaborate with product owners, business stakeholders, architects, and engineering teams to convert business requirements into scalable AI capabilities and roadmap deliverables.
• Mentor and lead cross-functional teams, conduct architecture reviews, drive innovation, and ensure successful delivery, adoption, and continuous enhancement of Agentic AI solutions.
