Lead, Site Operations

Location: Linden, NJ

Responsibilities:

• Serve as a key point of contact for site operations and safety execution.
• Oversee the safe and efficient day-to-day operations of the warehouse, including inventory management, shipping and receiving, and regulatory compliance.
• Manage the daily operations of the warehouse/site location.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA, DOT, Product, and Environmental company standards.
• Ensure adoption of site safety protocols and policies, and support change management for site improvements in safety standards.
• Coordinate receiving, storage, handling, and shipping activities to ensure accurate and timely order fulfillment via company-owned fleet or third-party carriers.
• Monitor inventory levels and ensure cycle counts are performed to maintain inventory accuracy per SCM standards.
• Coordinate sourcing activities with the Sourcing Manager.
• Maintain SCM order entry standards.
• Manage the oversight of production planning at the blending site.

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree is a plus.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Production, Warehousing, Supply Chain, or Logistics.
• Minimum 2 years in a leadership or management role.

Preferred Skills:

• Proficient computer skills (MS Office Suite a plus).
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to adapt rapidly to changes in the work environment.
