Lead the architecture, implementation, and governance of ServiceNow AI Control Tower (AICT) to provide enterprise-wide visibility, risk management, compliance, and value realization across AI systems, models, agents, datasets, and prompts. Partner with the AI Center of Excellence (CoE), Security, Risk, Compliance, and business stakeholders to establish scalable AI governance and operational controls. Develop an AI implementation roadmap aligned with enterprise priorities and responsible AI practices. Requirements:
10+ years ServiceNow experience.
ServiceNow AI Control Tower expertise.
ServiceNow CMDB expertise.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead AI Control Tower strategy, architecture, implementation, and deployment.
Design AI asset inventory capabilities with Configuration Management Database (CMDB) integration.
Implement AI lifecycle management from onboarding through retirement.
Integrate AICT with ServiceNow, Microsoft Azure AI, and Amazon Web Services (AWS).
Establish controls aligned with NIST AI Risk Management Framework (AI RMF), EU AI Act, and enterprise AI policies.
Enable AI asset discovery, observability, security, privacy, access controls, performance monitoring, risk management, compliance reporting, and audit readiness.
