Ember Coal Fired Pizza is looking for energetic, personable, and experienced Servers to join our team. We’re seeking individuals who thrive in a fast-paced restaurant environment, provide exceptional hospitality, and enjoy being part of a hardworking and positive team.
As a Server at Ember, you’ll be responsible for creating a welcoming and memorable experience for every guest while providing attentive, efficient, and knowledgeable service. Ideal candidates are dependable, outgoing, professional, and comfortable working in a high-volume environment.
● Provide friendly, attentive, and professional service to all guests
● Accurately take food and beverage orders and enter them into the POS system
● Maintain strong knowledge of our food, cocktail, beer, and wine offerings
● Communicate effectively with bartenders, kitchen staff, hosts, and management
● Maintain clean, organized, and properly set tables and service areas
● Handle guest payments accurately and responsibly
● Assist with opening, closing, and side-work responsibilities
● Work efficiently during high-volume service while maintaining a positive attitude
● Follow all restaurant policies, food safety standards, and responsible alcohol service requirements
● Contribute to a professional, team-oriented work environment
Previous serving experience is preferred. Candidates should have excellent communication and customer-service skills, a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask under pressure. Weekend and evening availability is required.
