With a steady pipeline of work throughout North Texas, the organization emphasizes collaboration, safety, client relationships, and operational excellence while investing in the long-term success of its employees.Job DescriptionManage all field operations from project startup through closeout.Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and site personnel.Drive project schedules and monitor progress against milestones.Maintain jobsite safety and enforce company safety standards.Conduct quality control inspections and ensure work meets specifications.Lead subcontractor meetings and daily planning activities.Collaborate with Project Managers, Owners, Architects, and Engineers.Identify and resolve field issues before they impact project performance.Manage site logistics, material deliveries, and workforce planning.Support project documentation, inspections, and project turnover activities.Mentor field staff and promote a positive team environment.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
