Our client is seeking an experienced Superintendent to lead ground-up and renovation commercial construction projects throughout the Dallas-Fort Worth area. This individual will oversee daily field operations, coordinate subcontractors, maintain project schedules, and ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and to quality standards.

Requirements A qualified candidate will have 7+ years of Superintendent experience with a commercial general contractor and a proven background leading K-12, municipal, healthcare, or similar commercial construction projects. Must demonstrate strong scheduling, safety, subcontractor coordination, quality control, leadership, and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple trades and maintain project performance from start to finish.
