Description

Lead/Senior Superintendent

This contractor has built a strong reputation by delivering specialized construction solutions for industrial, manufacturing, commercial, and complex facility projects. Manage all onsite construction activities from project startup through closeout.

Build, maintain, and update the master project schedule.

Lead and coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and self-perform crews.

Work closely with Project Managers to ensure schedule, budget, and quality objectives are achieved.

Conduct weekly coordination meetings and daily planning activities.

Identify and resolve jobsite challenges before they impact project performance.

Maintain project documentation, daily reports, and progress updates.

Enforce safety standards and ensure compliance with company and regulatory requirements.

Coordinate inspections, punch lists, commissioning activities, and project turnover.

Mentor Superintendents, Assistant Superintendents, and field personnel.

A successful Lead/Senior Superintendent should have:

  • 10+ years of Superintendent experience with a commercial, industrial, or design-build contractor.
  • Proven experience leading ground-up construction projects.
  • Strong ability to develop and manage master project schedules.
  • Experience coordinating multiple trades and complex construction activities.
  • Thorough understanding of construction means, methods, sequencing, and safety requirements.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to build relationships with clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors.
  • Proficiency with construction technology and scheduling software.

Competitive salary ranging from $115300 to $156200.
