CTG is seeking to fill a Lead SAP Technical Architect position for our client.

 

Location: Washington, DC
Duration: 12 months

 

Duties:

  • Serve as the client-facing technical lead for SAP HANA and related SAP technologies.

  • Design, implement, configure, and maintain SAP HANA systems and technical landscapes.

  • Develop system architecture and data models supporting performance, scalability, and high availability.

  • Lead SAP cloud migration initiatives, including RISE with SAP and NS2 environments.

  • Support and integrate SAP HANA with S/4HANA, ECC, BW, SCM, CRM, SRM, and HCM environments.

  • Plan and execute data migrations using SAP Data Services, SAP LT/SLT, and related tools.

  • Configure, monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize SAP HANA environments for performance and reliability.

  • Collaborate with clients and technical teams to gather requirements and provide expert guidance on SAP architecture and best practices.

  • Develop and maintain technical documentation, architecture standards, and knowledge-base materials.

  • Stay current with SAP HANA, S/4HANA, SAP BTP, cloud technologies, and evolving SAP best practices.

Skills:

  • SAP HANA and S/4HANA architecture and administration

  • RISE with SAP / NS2

  • SAP cloud migration and transformation

  • SAP BTP, SLT, and SAP ASE

  • SAP ECC, BW, SCM, CRM, SRM, and HCM

  • SQL and SAP data modeling

  • SAP Data Services and data migration

  • System monitoring, troubleshooting, and performance tuning

  • High availability, scalability, and SAP landscape optimization

  • Strong client-facing communication and technical leadership

Experience:

  • Proven experience serving as a technical lead or architect for SAP HANA implementations and complex SAP environments.

  • Experience designing, implementing, and optimizing SAP HANA landscapes.

  • Hands-on experience with SAP cloud migration and RISE with SAP/NS2 environments.

  • Experience migrating data from multiple source systems using SAP LT/SLT, SAP Data Services, or comparable SAP tools.

  • Experience integrating SAP HANA with enterprise SAP applications and platforms.

  • Strong experience with system architecture, performance tuning, troubleshooting, and technical documentation.

  • Demonstrated ability to work directly with clients, lead technical discussions, gather requirements, and provide architectural guidance.

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.

  • SAP certifications are preferred.

Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required.

The expected base salary for this position ranges from $160,000 to $200,000. Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, market factors, and where applicable, licensure or certifications obtained. In addition to salary, a competitive benefit package is also offered.
