    Description

    We are seeking a Lead SAP S/4 EWM (Extended Warehouse Management) Functional Consultant with over 15 years of experience to join our supply chain team. In this role, you will act as a subject matter expert, driving the design, configuration, and deployment of complex warehouse solutions. The ideal candidate has led multiple full-lifecycle implementations, deeply understands production logistics, and has a proven track record of successful go-lives. 
     
    • This role does NOT provide current or future sponorship assisstance.
    • Please note that we will NOT provide relocation assistance (Candidates are expected to relocate on own 3 weeks from time of offer acceptance).
    • Employees are required to report in office 5 days a week / 7834 CF Hawn Freeway | Dallas, Texas 75217 (NO NEGOTIATION).
    • This is a direct hire role; We are NOT open to employing through contractor or agency.
     
    Duties and Responsibilities of the Position:
    • Solution Leadership: Act as the lead individual contributor and functional expert on all SAP S/4 EWM 2023 deployment initiatives. 
    • Solution Design: Lead blueprinting workshops to translate complex warehouse requirements into scalable SAP S/4 EWM blueprints. 
    • Configuration: Hands-on configuration of S/4 EWM processes including inbound/outbound processing, production staging, kitting, physical inventory, and wave management. 
    • Advanced Features: Implement advanced S/4 EWM functionalities like Yard Management, Labor Management, Slotting, and Material Flow Systems (MFS). 
    • Go-Live Execution: Participate in cutover planning, legacy data migration, and hyper care support for high-volume manufacturing facilities.
    • Perform other duties as needed.  
     
    Required Experience and Education:
    • Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent education and/or experience.        
    • 6-8 years’ relevant experience or equivalent education and/or experience.         
    • Technical SAP knowledge of: ABAP programming language, bapi, idoc, ALV, SAPscript, batchinput, smartforms, LSMW, job scheduling, implementation of OSS notes, etc. Technical knowledge of SAP authorizations, Java, SAP Netweaver, etc. is a plus.
    • Demonstrated experience and understanding of ERP applications, system development life cycle, dynamics of applications development projects, and IT practices and methods. Knowledge of EAI / integration principles is a plus.
    • General knowledge of SAP business processes & SAP modules.
    • Proficient using PC.

    Other Pertinent Job Information: 
    • Temporary indirect reporting relationships may exist while working as Project lead. May be required to act in senior role, providing task related advice and direction to junior team members.
    • Hybrid Structure: On-site 4 days a week at our corporate office. 
    • Remote Flexibility: 1 day a week of remote work flexibility. 
    • Travel Expectation: Available for on-site travel to distribution centers during critical project phases, cutovers, and go-live events.
