    Description

    We are seeking a Lead Salesforce Developer to support a large enterprise healthcare platform initiative focused on Salesforce Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, enterprise integrations, and patient engagement systems.

    This role is ideal for a senior Salesforce engineer who enjoys leading complex technical initiatives, mentoring engineers, and delivering scalable CRM and integration solutions in regulated enterprise environments.

    Key Responsibilities
    • Lead Salesforce development initiatives across Service Cloud and integrated enterprise platforms
    • Design, develop, and support scalable Salesforce solutions and integrations
    • Work closely with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions
    • Support Salesforce Marketing Cloud implementations including Email Studio and Mobile Studio
    • Design and maintain integrations between Salesforce and healthcare-related systems
    • Participate across the full SDLC including requirements gathering, design, development, testing, deployment, and enhancements
    • Mentor junior engineers and review technical designs and code quality
    • Troubleshoot integration failures, synchronization issues, and production incidents
    • Collaborate with architecture, product, and business teams in Agile delivery environments
    Required Qualifications
    • 8–10 years of Salesforce engineering or solution delivery experience
    • Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce Service Cloud
    • Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud including CRM integration
    • Strong API and enterprise integration experience
    • Experience with event-driven architecture and data synchronization patterns
    • Experience reviewing technical designs and mentoring engineers
    • Strong communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
    • Experience across the full software development lifecycle
    HIGLY PREFERRED:  Experience with Patient Connect managed package 

    Preferred Qualifications
    • Healthcare systems integration experience
    • Hub services or patient support platform experience
    • Experience with APIGEE, SwaggerHub, Splunk, and Lucidchart
    • Experience working in regulated healthcare environments
    • Salesforce certifications preferred
