Lead Salesforce Developer

Salary is 150k to 180k + bonus This role leads the design and delivery of enterprise Salesforce capabilities with a focus on scalable Salesforce architecture, customer data integrity, and seamless integration with core operational systems. The position requires a technically strong, hands-on Salesforce development lead who can shape solution design, guide delivery teams, and ensure robust data governance and platform reliability across large-scale programs.

This role leads the design and delivery of enterprise Salesforce capabilities with a focus on scalable Salesforce architecture, customer data integrity, and seamless integration with core operational systems. The position requires a technically strong, hands-on Salesforce development lead who can shape solution design, guide delivery teams, and ensure robust data governance and platform reliability across large-scale programs.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field; Master's degree preferred
• Experience building and delivering enterprise-grade Salesforce solutions, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Lightning Experience
• Experience leading technical teams.
• Strong skills in customer master data management (MDM), including identity resolution, duplicate management, and governance across Salesforce or integrated platforms
• Hands-on technical skills in Salesforce development and integration technologies such as Apex, Lightning Web Components, Visualforce, and REST/SOAP APIs
• Salesforce certifications (Platform Developer II and/or Architect-level) strongly preferred
• Strong ability to lead teams, manage stakeholders, and communicate effectively across technical and business groups
• Experience with Agile delivery, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps practices in large-scale enterprise environments
