Required Skills & Qualifications:
1012 years of total IT experience, with significant exposure to Salesforce platforms.
Proven techno-functional expertise in Salesforce architecture, configuration, and customization.
Strong hands-on development skills with Apex, LWC, Visualforce, and Java.
Deep understanding of Salesforce data model, security, workflows, and automation tools.
Strong experience with Sales, Service, Marketing, Experience, and FSC Clouds.
Experience managing and coordinating offshore development teams.
Excellent communication, analytical, and leadership skills.
Salesforce certifications (Developer, Architect, or Consultant) preferred.
