Job Summary:
As a Retail Sales Lead Supervisor, you will lead the sales team, ensure smooth store operations, drive sales, and provide exceptional customer service. Reporting to the Shop Manager, you will assist with team guidance, inventory management, visual standards, and administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support leadership and motivate staff to meet sales and service goals.
- Oversee daily store activities, ensure policy compliance, and maintain product presentation.
- Resolve customer and employee concerns professionally.
- Train and develop team members.
- Manage cash handling, inventory, and administrative duties.
- Create a welcoming environment and promote a sales-driven team culture.
Qualifications:- At least 1 year of retail supervisory experience.
- Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills.
- Ability to follow policies, manage change, and work flexible hours.
- Physical ability to perform job functions, including lifting up to 25 pounds.
