Lead Residential Electrician

Job Type: Full-time

If you're a licensed electrician who takes pride in your work and wants to help build something bigger, we'd love to welcome you to Electrical Specialists.

A Day in the Life at Electrical Specialists

Your day starts by reviewing a residential installation job that has already been sold, so you can focus on leading the work instead of selling it.

You'll make sure your crew has the materials, tools, and equipment it needs, then lead the way on panel replacements, service upgrades, new circuits, and other electrical improvements in homes around Topeka.

Along the way, you'll train less-experienced electricians and help your crew get better and faster under your leadership.

We're a growing company, and we're building clear systems and standards so every job runs smoothly from start to finish.

You'll know what's expected, and you'll have the room to own your projects without someone looking over your shoulder.

At the end of the day, success here isn't about how many hours you work, but about the results you produce and the standards you keep.
