LEAD RENTAL COORDINATOR / SOCIAL MEDIA DIRECTOR / SALES

Pay: $880.00 per week with potential for bonus

Overview
The position we are offering is multi-versed. We are seeking a motivated, organized and detail-oriented Rental Coordinator to oversee our rental fleet. In addition, the same individual with direct our Social Media operations and assist with Sales.

The ideal candidate will have strong communications and customer service skills, ensuring that our clients receive exceptional support and guidance. This role requires effective communication skills, a proactive approach to problem-solving, and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily rental operations, including customer inquiries, reservations, and contract processing.
• Document and post daily on social platforms to push our company brand.
• Assist in sales and customer service for the dealership.
• Oversee inventory management, ensuring that rental equipment is well-maintained and available for customers.
• Implement sales strategies to achieve rental targets and maximize revenue

Requirements

• Proven experience in a sales or customer service roles.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with clients and team members.
• Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a dynamic environment.
• Proficient in using computer software for inventory management and sales tracking.
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Must be able to pass a background check.

Compensation Package:

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday 8 am - 5:30 pm
• Saturdays as needed 9am - 1pm
