WHAT WE NEED YOU TO DO

As the Lead Relief Cook, you will support the daily operations in our dining rooms and kitchen. You will maintain sanitation standards, assist with meal service, and ensure accurate dietary documentation for residents.

Lead and support staff during daily operations
Fill in all positions as needed; MUST have experience as a Cook in a high-volume setting
Train team members and monitor performance
Strong computer skills
Strong leadership and delegation skills
Oversee meal prep and service
Maintain sanitation and safety standards
Assist with inventory, ordering, and deliveries
Complete daily audits as needed

Experience in food service or healthcare dining
Strong communication and leadership skills
Experienced Cook
Ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment
Commitment to cleanliness, accuracy, and resident satisfaction
