    Responsibilities:
    • The Registration Assistant Lead is responsible for overseeing daily registration activities in the clinic to ensure patients are welcomed, accurately registered, and provided with excellent customer service.
    • This role supports front desk operations, verifies insurance and demographic information, assists with scheduling, and serves as a first point of escalation for registration staff.
    • The Lead provides guidance, training, and support to the registration team while maintaining productivity and compliance standards.
    Qualifications:

    Job Requirements: 

    • High school diploma or equivalent.
    • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in patient registration, scheduling, or healthcare front office.
    • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
    • Knowledge of HIPAA.

    Preferred Job Requirements:  

    • Prior experience in a lead or senior registration role.
    • College or coursework in healthcare administration or business.
    • Experience in a busy clinical setting.
    • Bilingual proficiency may be an advantage.
    • Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and database management.
