    What You’ll Do & Bring

    As a Lead Registered Dental Assistant, you'll provide hands-on clinical support while leading and developing a high-performing dental team. You'll help drive patient satisfaction, clinical efficiency, and exceptional dental care outcomes.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Lead, coach, and support dental assistants to ensure smooth daily operations and excellent patient care
    • Assist dentists and hygienists during examinations and procedures while maintaining efficient patient flow
    • Oversee back-office workflow, scheduling support, and treatment coordination
    • Ensure treatment notes, patient records, and clinical documentation are complete and accurate
    • Manage dental supply inventory, equipment maintenance, and lab case readiness
    • Ensure compliance with OSHA, HIPAA, infection control, and safety protocols
    • Train and onboard new dental assistants and support continuous team development
    • Monitor emergency kits, sterilization equipment, and clinical readiness
    • Collaborate with leadership to improve productivity, patient experience, and operational performance
    • Support Whole Person Care initiatives and community outreach efforts

    What You Bring:

    • Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) license
    • Graduation from an accredited dental assisting program
    • Current BLS/CPR certification
    • Current Radiology Certification
    • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
    • Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced clinical environment
    • Commitment to patient-centered care and team success
    • Willingness to travel between MyCHN locations as needed
