Job Summary

Provides service and administrative support to the largest and most complex defined contribution plan clients. Ensures that all transactions are processed according to the company's and the client's standards. 

Responsibilities

• Provide service and administrative support for defined contribution plan clients.
• Ensure all transactions are processed in compliance with company and client standards.
• Process transactions for plan valuation, including withdrawals and termination distributions.
• Format and load data accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain accurate trustee relationships.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
