Southington Care center features a state-of-the-art rehab pavilion complete with Aqua Therapy and an Occupational Therapy suite that replicates the home setting. Our staff promotes quality of life while fostering maximum well-being, with a wide range of wellness programs.
The Lead Receptionist is responsible for handling and directing incoming phone calls, visitors and staff with warmth, compassion and professionalism. Also takes ownership of additional reception desk administrative duties including staffing.
Qualifications
Two or more years administrative support experience in a medical office setting
Strong phone and face-to-face customer service skills
Ability to multi-task and function well in a fast-paced environment
Previous team leadership experience strongly preferred
Proficiency in standard business computer applications required
