Lead Rail Site Coordinator

RSI Logistics, recently acquired by Trinity Industries Inc., is looking for a Lead Rail Site Coordinator. This

position provides operational leadership for process improvement, SOP governance, and cross-site

coordination and will act as a key resource for training and strategic initiatives.

What You'll Do:

• Oversee coordination between multiple sites to maintain network fluidity

• Develop and maintain SOPs and ensure adherence across locations

• Train new hires and mentor coordinators on advanced processes

• Establish and maintain backup coverage plans for critical desks

• Lead strategic initiatives to improve efficiency and service reliability

• Act as liaison for cross-site communication and special projects

• Provide desk coverage during high-volume or critical periods

• Support supervisory responsibilities as needed during out of office need

• 3-5 years of relevant experience in rail coordination operations or logistics coordination

• Bachelor's degree in logistics, transportation, or a related field OR equivalent combination of

education and logistics operations experience

• Above average proficiency in SAP, Microsoft Office Suite, and Transportation Management

Systems

• Deep knowledge of rail industry regulations and safety standards
• Proven ability to train and mentor team members
• Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills
