The successful candidate will play a key role in testing and implementing enterprise software solutions and data analytics platforms, ensuring system integrity, performance, and alignment with business needs.<\/span><\/span> <\/p> <\/p>Duties and Responsibilities:<\/span> <\/h3> <\/span><\/span> <\/p>· <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Work with team to identify and document test cases for features and user stories as part of the requirements process.<\/span><\/span> <\/p>· <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Outline approaches to conducting system testing activities to validate that business, functional, and technical requirements are met, ensuring delivery of a high-quality system to the Department.<\/span><\/span> <\/p>· <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Lead analysis of project requirements to ensure testability and quality deliverables from a QA perspective.<\/span><\/span> <\/p>· <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Provide ongoing support and enhancements to ensure continued system performance and business value.<\/span><\/span> <\/p> <\/div><\/span> Requirements<\/h3>Minimum Qualifications/Experience:<\/span> <\/h3> <\/span><\/span> <\/p>· <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Minimum of five (5) years' experience performing activities directly related to QA Experience working with the State of Florida or with other large government entity.<\/span><\/span> <\/p>· <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Working with functional and technical resources to identify testing scenarios, including expected results.<\/span><\/span> <\/p>· <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Experience developing QA plans.<\/span><\/span> <\/p>· <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Experience analyzing systems requirements to identify QA needs.<\/span><\/span> <\/p>· <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Experience developing unit test cases and test plans as well as requirements tracking and reporting results.<\/span><\/span> <\/p> <\/span><\/span> <\/p>Preferred Skills:<\/span><\/b><\/span> <\/p>· <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Previous State of Florida Agency experience<\/span><\/span> <\/p>· <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Strong understanding of quality assurance methodologies and software testing lifecycle.<\/span><\/span> <\/p>· <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Familiarity with testing tools and automation frameworks.<\/span><\/span> <\/p>· <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Experience working on large-scale case management or analytics implementations.<\/span><\/span> <\/p>· <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.<\/span><\/span> <\/p>· <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Ability to work independently and within a team environment.<\/span><\/span> <\/p> <\/span><\/span> <\/p>Minimum Education:<\/span> <\/h3> <\/span><\/span> <\/p>Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field.<\/span><\/span> <\/p> <\/span><\/span> <\/p>Required Certifications:<\/span> <\/h3> <\/span><\/span> <\/p>None required.<\/span><\/span> <\/p> <\/span><\/span> <\/p>Other:<\/span> <\/h3> <\/span><\/span> <\/p>· <\/span><\/span><\/span>Candidates must be able to work onsite in Tallahassee, FL as needed. <\/span><\/span> <\/p> <\/div><\/span>
