Lead Project Manager - Transmission & SubstationLead the execution of high-voltage transmission line and substation projects from initiation through closeout. Manage project scope, schedule, budget, quality, and overall financial performance. Oversee projects involving 69kV, 115kV, 138kV, 161kV, 230kV, 345kV, and 500kV infrastructure. Serve as the primary point of contact for utility, renewable energy, industrial, and EPC clients. Develop project execution strategies and resource plans for multidisciplinary engineering teams. Coordinate civil, structural, electrical, protection & control, transmission line, environmental, and construction disciplines. Lead project kickoff meetings, client status meetings, and executive-level progress reviews. Identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies to maintain schedule and budget performance. Manage engineering deliverables, procurement support, construction coordination, and commissioning activities. Review contracts, manage scope changes, negotiate change orders, and oversee project financial forecasting. Coordinate with utility companies regarding outages, permitting, right-of-way activities, and energization schedules. Mentor Project Managers, Project Engineers, and engineering staff while supporting leadership initiatives. Ensure compliance with company QA/QC standards, OSHA requirements, NESC, NEC, IEEE, and client specifications.
