The Opportunity
Bachelor’s degree in Training and Development, Education, Organizational Development, Business Administration, or a related field; 5+ years of progressive experience in training, learning and development, instructional design, or organizational change and leading, supervising, or managing a training team; Experience developing and implementing enterprise-level training programs and curricula,
Ability to assess learning needs, identify knowledge gaps, and develop targeted training solutions; Experience designing and delivering initiatives; Excellent written, verbal, presentation, facilitation, and stakeholder-management skills. Strong analytical, organizational, change management, and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.Preferred:
Experience using Salesforce, Adobe Creative Cloud and Microsoft Office. Experience creating training materials, job aids, standard operating procedures, and knowledge-management resources. Familiarity with learning management systems (LMS) and other learning technologies. Experience establishing training metrics, evaluating program effectiveness, and using performance data to improve learning outcomes. Experience working in a highly regulated, compliance-driven, or government environment.
