Project Manager

Job Description

Manage healthcare and higher education projects from planning through closeout. Lead budgets, schedules, procurement, and subcontractor coordination. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, and project stakeholders. Partner with field teams to ensure safety, quality, and project performance goals are achieved. Drive project profitability while identifying and mitigating risks throughout the construction life-cycle.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Project Manager should have:

  • 7+ years of Project Management experience within commercial construction
  • Demonstrated experience managing healthcare construction projects
  • Strong understanding of project financials, contracts, and scheduling
  • Proficiency with tools such as Bluebeam, Sage 300, Timberline, or similar construction software
  • Collaborative leadership style with strong communication and problem-solving skills
