About Forged Fiber
Forged Fiber 37 is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Lead Project Manager to join the Transformation Office. This role will be responsible for leading and coordinating strategic transformation initiatives across Finance, Build Engine, Operations, Human Resources, and Information Technology.
The ideal candidate is an experienced project management professional who excels at building and executing complex project plans, managing cross-functional stakeholders, identifying risks, and driving initiatives through successful completion. While experience across all business functions is not required, the successful candidate must demonstrate the ability to quickly learn new business processes, influence stakeholders, and effectively manage projects spanning multiple departments.
This role requires strong leadership, executive communication skills, and the ability to operate in a fast-paced environment where priorities and business needs continue to evolve.

Travel
Limited travel may be required based on project and business needs.
This leads naturally into a career leveling structure above a Project Manager and aligned to the type of enterprise transformation portfolio FF37 is running today across HR, Finance, Operations, Build Engine, and IT.
Preferred Qualifications
PMP, or related project management certification.
Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
Compensation
This information reflects the anticipated base salary range for this position based on current national data. Minimums and maximums may vary based on location. Individual pay is based on skills, experience and other relevant factors.
