Job Description:
Work location: This position requires the candidate to work on site 50% of the time inBellevue, WA  and work 50% remote.

We are seeking a Lead Product Owner to help define the end to end strategy, development, and ongoing management of AI driven productivity tools. In this role you will own the M365 and Copilot implementation backlog, with the authority to drive prioritization decisions that balance business value, user impact, risk, and readiness so the right work is delivered at the right time.
You will serve as the connective tissue between the technical teams and the business strategy, embedding Copilot product ownership within an AI Center of Excellence to bridge end users, IT, data teams, governance partners, and leadership. As the M365 and Copilot ecosystem evolves, you will continuously drive improvements and introduce new capabilities that align business objectives with innovative AI.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Define and maintain the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for M365 and Copilot productivity solutions.
  • Own and prioritize the implementation backlog, weighing business value, user impact, risk, and organizational readiness.
  • Partner with cross functional teams across IT, Data Operations, IT Security, and business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into clear user stories and acceptance criteria.
  • Prioritize features that leverage generative AI and machine learning to deliver measurable productivity gains.
  • Embed product ownership within the AI Center of Excellence, connecting end users, technical teams, governance partners, and leadership.
  • Align adoption and rollout planning with change readiness, security requirements, and data governance standards.
  • Track product performance against defined outcomes and use those insights to guide ongoing enhancements.

Required Qualifications:

  •  7+ years of proven experience as a Product Owner delivering enterprise software or productivity platforms in an agile environment.
  • Working knowledge of the Microsoft 365 ecosystem and Copilot, along with a strong grasp of how generative AI and machine learning create business value.
  • Experience managing and prioritizing a backlog across competing stakeholder needs.
  • Comfort operating at the intersection of IT, security, data, and business teams.
  • A track record of translating business objectives into technical requirements and shipped features.

Pay Range: $85.00 – $95.00 per hour, depending upon experience.
